During this session, new instructional staff hires will be welcomed to HCPS and HCPS Communications will showcase highlights of what makes HCPS special. Dr. Cashwell will give special greetings.
During this session, all early learning preschool, elementary educators, and board substitutes will attend a level-setting professional learning experience that helps general education teachers understand how exceptional education works in HCPS.
During this session, early learning preschool, elementary educators and board substitutes will engage in practical strategies for creating a learner-centered classroom community using the classroom behavior management approach of CHAMPS.
During this session, experienced elementary educators will participate in three rotations that include a review of the classroom behavior management approach of CHAMPS (Lecture Hall 1) , SEL-integration (1106-1107), and culturally responsive education (auditorium).
