During this session, early learning preschool, early childhood exceptional education, elementary, and elementary exceptional education teachers and board substitutes will learn about important programs, special facets of HCPS, and who's who in HR.
During this session, secondary teachers and secondary board substitutes will attend a level-setting professional learning experience that helps general education teachers understand how exceptional education works in HCPS.
During this session, all secondary educators and board substitutes (with the exception of Health and PE teachers) will learn practical strategies for building positive relationships with students' families and leveraging supports from the community.
During this session, LIEP educators and board substitutes will will engage in part 2 of learning how to design, deliver, and assess ELD standards for their students.
